Every month, our PTR certified Tennis Instructors offer on-going tennis lessons at varying times and to varying levels. Here is what the next few months will have to offer:
When a tennis beginner starts learning to play tennis, they first need to learn basic forehand and backhand technique as these will allow them to play, enjoy the game and come back for more. The basics of tennis of course also include the serve, volley , backhand, and forehand. No Experience Necessary!

Welcome Back to Tennis
The goal of Intermediate Tennis is to grow a solid game to become an "A" Player. Focus is to increase players skill through understanding of the principles of tennis. Natural talent helps but tennis is a mental / physical / emotional skill sport. To begin to master the game, It takes an understanding of why the game is so challenging and fun.

Every Saturday, players will meet to develop their tennis skills. Program skills will include rallying using forehand and backhand ground strokes, serve and return, and the volley. Players learn and gain match experience. Players need to bring an appropriate sized racquet (21" for ages 6 & under, 23” for ages 7 - 8. 25" 8+). No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable tennis shoes and clothing and bring a water bottle.
